New Clients should arrive at least 10 minutes early in order to complete the paperwork required.
Should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 48 hours of notice.
We do try to keep to time. Please aim to arrive at the clinic five to ten minutes prior to your appointment to allow time checking in. If you are late, we may not be able to provide the full treatment that you are booked for because our treatments cannot be rushed, but you will still be charged for the full appointment.
We have set times allocated to each session based on the area being treated. Occasionally there may be delays during treatment due to unavoidable circumstances. In the event that this occurs, appointments may be delayed, or rescheduled without much given notice.
Clients, who cancel a booking within 24 hours, will also be required to pay a 50% deposit for all future bookings. Any appointments booked on Sunday will attract a 50% booking deposit.
In the event that you do not attend to your booking or cancel within 48 hours, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 30%. If your appointment is a ‘prepaid’ booking, you will automatically forfeit 1 session.
In the best interest of health and safety and other client comfort, children cannot accompany patients in the treatment rooms and will not be supervised by our staff.
Laser Clinic New Zealand does not provide refunds on any packages purchased in the event that you simply do not wish to continue the treatments, including all prepaid programs, in the event that your circumstances change, or in the event that you choose to discontinue treatments.
Prepaid programs of 5 treatments will expire and will automatically be cancelled after 1 year from the initial date of purchase. In the event this happens, no refunds or exchanges will be given.
Treatments and services of any kind are not transferrable to other treatments or other individuals.
Refunds will be provided where required under New Zealand Consumer Law.

Promotions are valid for that specific month only and no extensions will be granted.
Promotional prices are only valid for the specified time period of the promotion, if you have been quoted a price during a promotional period and choose not to accept, we reserve the right not to honour that quote once it has expired.

GIFT CARD POLICY
When purchasing a Laser Clinic New Zealand Gift Card the following conditions apply. Purchasing or using a gift card means you will inevitably adhere to the following terms and conditions:
•Gift Cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase
•Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund or move any remaining balances onto a new gift card
REFER A FRIEND PROGRAM
For each new client that is referred by an existing client who has spent a minimum of $150 at our clinic, a one-off $50 referral discount is applied to the file. The following conditions apply:
•If you refer someone to the clinic, that person must tell us your full name during their initial consultation. The referral discount is void if it is not mentioned at the first appointment
•The referral discount does not apply to prepaid programs that have already been paid. However, the discount may be used for any new services, treatments while completing, or after completing the existing treatment program.
•The referral discount cannot be used for purchasing products (eg: skin care products)
•The referral discount is valid for 1 year from the date applied.
Abusive and Disruptive Behaviour
We reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone who is deemed to display abusive behaviour, disruptive behaviour, aggression or inappropriate treatment towards any of our staff, therapists or other clients.
Your personal belongings remain solely your responsibility and we kindly ask you to take care of your valuables. We hereby exclude ourselves of any liability for lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced personal items whilst you are in the clinic.
If you find a lower advertised price, on an identical treatment(using identical equipment), which is currently in force and based in Central Auckland. Upon confirmation we’ll beat the price by 10% on the spot.
